For those food lovers, especially if you look for good sea food dishes, Jalan Alor is one favourite place to dine out..famous not only for Malaysians but also for foreigners.. a real street food ambience..a fantastic street food fiesta..

There are many restaurants along the road selling quite variety and choices..

This time we choose Meng Kiat Grilled Fish Restaurant which is famous for its stingray grilled..

Though we skipped the grilled fish this time but our table still full of other dishes..

Our menu for the night ~ Char Kue Teow, Black Pepper Mud Crab, Kam Cheong Lala, Butter Fried Squid, and Fried Baby Kailan..

I must say the crab is my favourite!!!

Looks a lot for two people, right? Oh yes, we finished it all..

Total damage include 2 cokes and a glass of chinese tea is RM160

RSMY Naan Cheese yang super awesome..

This is what i call as a diamond in the middle heart of KL..

I must this is the best naan cheese in Malaysia..or maybe in the world!! This restaurant was recommended by my hubby's friend..located near Jalan TAR 

I believe everyone knows Jalan TAR - a favourite shopping spree especially for ladies but i don't think many knows about this restaurant...exact location  is beside restoran nasi kandar Lotus.

We ordered naan cheese (a must have) and a chapati..for broth we choose 2 types which i cant remember the name of the menu ~ one is mutton and another one is chicken with chickpeas (kacang kuda)

The Naan Cheese is super heaven ~ you can see the melting cheese in between the bread, like pizza with extra cheese..

I cant explain more ~ by only looking at the pictures already make me feel hungry..

Ikan Bakar Teluk Tempoyak..2013

When ever we went to Penang, we won't miss to go to Teluk Tempoyak for the best ikan bakar in the world..

Recently after my cousin's wedding together with the whole family (7 adults + 1 child) we had diner there..

This time our additional menu is fried kailan only..

Trip to Legoland - Part 1

This is actually unplanned trip...when i renewed my car road tax, i got legoland voucher from the insurance company that valid for a year..
So, one weekend hubby asked what is our planning this week..and I said let's travel..
The next thing we knew, we were already in JB after 6 hours drive..
We reached around 6pm..off for some shopping in JPO..then had dinner at Stulang..
Later, search for hotels near to Nusa Jaya..
There's a few budget hotel but full house...
At last we managed to get last room in one of the Boutique Hotel, though the room is small for a price of RM120 but quite comfortable..

The next day, after breakfast we headed straight to Legoland...
One of my school friend is working here but because it was unplanned trip, didn't get opportunity to meet her..
Lucky enough, the weather was hot and sunny through the day...really really hot I must say..not much shades yet..the most item we bought inside Legoland is drinks...

Dont forget to take the Legoland Map at the entrance..it will be a good guidance..
We took like hundreds of pictures...every single thing...
We spend almost the whole day there..starts from 10am till 4pm..

There is a few separate sections and games, but you can see many lego builds anywhere anyplace in it...So, enjoy the pictures..

Kota Kinabalu Sabah

Actually trip ke KK ni pada masa bulan puasa yang lalu (1st week of Ramadan)..first time puasa minggu pertama kena out station..atas urusan kerja sebagai delegasi... Actually ni kali kedua ke KK atas urusan kerja..atas urusan holiday belum sempat lagi...

So, masa kat KK stay kat Hotel Le Meridien..sebab lokasi strategik..senang nak jalan-jalan and cari makan sebab semua spot area just a walking distance..

Ni la bilik I for almost a week... dengan sorang lagi team partner..

 

Quite big bathroom...ada shower room and bath tub...

Then, disebabkan waktu siang sepenuhnya digunakan untuk urusan rasmi (cewah ayat!!)...and plus pulak bulan Ramadan, so memang tak sempat la nak berjalan-jalan ronda-ronda KK.so I cuma ble cite tentang makan-makan je la.one thing yang best hari hari makan seafood...

First day, kedai yang we all pegi tu tak best sangat..ikan bakar bodoh je (i yang bagi nama ni)..dah la sejuk, keras pulak tu...then of course la kena try rumpai laut Sabah. SO, we all try yang macam biji-biji ni...Sedap..rangup-rangup sikit..i like..

Kemudian, hari kedua, our driver bawa la kami ke satu restoran yang katanya agak famous di KK...
i order nasi ayam...erk...i must say..menu original Sabah tu tak berapa nak masuk dengan tekak i...
So, hari ketiga, my bosses cakap..hari ni kita makan seafood je..So, tak perlu nak pergi jauh-jauh.. Sebab berhampiran dengan hotel tu sebelah dengan Pasar Filipina tu kan ada satu area makan yang besar. Gerai-gerai kat situ semuanya jual seafood.. Tips penting, survey dulu harga bagi setiap makanan. Walaupun menu sama, tapi ada sesetengah gerai yang lebih murah..Lebih-lebih lagi kalau kita ni nampak macam orang luar, ada juga kedai yang tekan harga..Nyaris-nyaris terkena, nasib baik dah survey a few gerai, then baru decide..Tengok kedai yang ramai pengunjung tak semestinya yang termurah dan sedap..

 Gambar-gambar ni bukan di pasar ye, sebaliknya adalah makanan laut yang display untuk dipilih..
Kaedahnya, pilih makanan laut yang dikehendaki..timbang...then bagitau nak masak ape..
